Acceptance of Terms

m ph365 supports the following Philippine payment methods for eligible members: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. Payment method availability may vary depending on your account status and current processing conditions.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated for each payment method at the time of transaction. m ph365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from your m ph365 account balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Cleared funds are those that have been deposited, verified, and are not subject to active wagering requirements from a bonus or promotion.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. If that method is unavailable, m ph365 will contact you to arrange an alternative. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification checks, which may extend processing time.

Processing times vary: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off; bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take one to two business days depending on your bank. m ph365 is not liable for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

m ph365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification for withdrawal requests that trigger risk management thresholds. This may include requests for additional identification documents or a review period of up to five business days. We will communicate any such hold to you as promptly as possible.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, m ph365 makes promotional offers available to new and existing members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the offer. These individual promotion terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions when you claim an offer.

In general, the following principles apply to all bonuses and promotions at m ph365 unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use by one eligible account only. They may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any winnings derived from a bonus can be requested as a withdrawal.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in their individual terms. Unused or uncompleted bonus funds will be forfeited after expiry.
• m ph365 reserves the right to withdraw a promotion at any time, but will honour bonuses already claimed by eligible members at the time of withdrawal.

Betting and Gaming Rules

For sports betting: bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. m ph365 reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors. For casino and slot games: results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable. m ph365 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict certain markets, or decline to accept specific wagers at our discretion. This may occur without prior notice in circumstances related to risk management or platform integrity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m ph365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits
• Coordinating with other members to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy platform software or content

Limitation of Liability

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and accurate operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or the accuracy of any odds, market data, or game results displayed on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m ph365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, incorrect bet placements, or actions taken in reliance on information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in this section limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms
